"How to make sure you know your strengths and weaknesses"?

25 Sep 2021

1. Know what your strengths and weaknesses are

2. Identify the skills you need to improve

3. Make a list of things that make you feel good about yourself, and also those that don't

4. Look at your list from different angles - is there anything on it that makes you feel bad about yourself or has stopped being true for you over time

5. Use this information to help shape your future goals

6. Remember to be kind with yourself when assessing these areas in order to avoid feeling guilty or discouraged

If you want to know your strengths and weaknesses, you need to take some time out of your day for introspection. This may seem odd at first, but if you're a leader in any sense of the word it's necessary. The best way to do this is through a simple exercise called the SWOT analysis. It requires nothing more than pen and paper or a computer with Microsoft Word open so that you can type up what comes next. You just have to list all of your strengths and then list the corresponding weaknesses on the other side before moving onto opportunities and threats. If after doing this, there are still things that aren't clear about how they fit into these three categories, then go back over them again until everything makes sense from an objective.

We often don't know what our strengths and weaknesses are. In order to make sure you know your strengths and weaknesses, ask yourself these questions: What do I love doing? What am I good at doing? Who do I want to spend time with? What makes me feel alive? These four questions can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses. Once you have identified them, then develop a plan to work on the things that need work. You will find that this is a great way of building self-awareness. It also helps in achieving goals as it allows you to be more focused on each task or goal by identifying which ones need more attention than others so there is progress for all of them rather than just one or two aspects being addressed.

If you're looking for a way to give yourself more clarity, it's time to take stock of your strengths and weaknesses. To build on the work we've done so far, let’s think about where you want to go in life. We all have moments when we feel good about ourselves and our accomplishments; these should be easy ones for you to recall because they make us happy! Now try thinking about those other feelings that are harder-earned or not as enjoyable. What makes you feel bad? Where do things get tough? Once again, try taking note of what needs improvement from different angles – is there anything on this list that has stopped being true over time? Whatever is left after assessing both sides of your personal

As you can see, there are many ways to do a personal SWOT analysis. Hopefully the steps we’ve outlined will help you find out what really makes you tick and where your strengths lie. You may also want to think about areas that need improvement or things in your life that don’t make you feel good anymore. Once you know these things, it should be easier for you to set goals and work towards achieving them on an individual level - but remember, this is just one step of self-improvement among many!
